INSIDE OUR KITCHEN
We strive to offer the freshest meat around. Our made from scratch dishes allow us to cross utilize our meats throughout many different courses. We stay current with the meat market to deliver top quality meats for our homemade Southern dishes.
Most all of our dishes and daily specials are made straight from our kitchen with our own two hands. We roll out and hand cut our dumplings, we boil off our own chicken fat and broth for our chicken gravy and dressing, and we hand patty all of our hamburger steaks, hamburgers, and meatloaf. We also hand roll all of our fried chicken and chicken tenders in-house.
If you've ever had our puddings, well if ya know, ya know. They are out of this world delicious. We use all natural sugar, milk, and butter in all of our desserts. We look and sort our peas, beans, and greens. We hand sift our flour before using it for breading. We buy all of our ingredients from reputable sources to ensure the integrity of our basic building blocks to create our finished courses.
